We currently accept only solid platinum or gold jewellery, 9kt or higher, in yellow, rose, or white gold.

We’re unable to accept other metals such as gold-plated, gold-filled, or vermeil pieces.

To check the purity of your jewellery, look for a stamped hallmark usually found inside rings or on the backs of clasps for earrings and necklaces. These will typically read 375 (9kt gold), 750 (18kt gold), 925 (sterling silver), or PT (platinum). If you’re still unsure, you’re welcome to send your jewellery in and our team will perform a purity assessment for you.

We can also accept jewellery that contains stones; however, please note that the stones themselves cannot be salvaged.
