• Available Now pieces dispatch within 2 business days (please allow 3–5 days during promotional periods)
  
  
• Available Now rings requiring re-sizing will dispatch within 10 business days, however substantial re-sizing may require us to remake the ring entirely and take more time. Upon receiving your order, our client services team will always be in contact to inform you of any extended timeframes.
  
  
• Made-to-Order pieces purchased from our website typically take 4-6 weeks for production before being dispatched from our Collingwood Flagship
