Is My Black Finch Piece Under Warranty?Updated 2 months ago

Yes. All Black Finch pieces are covered by a 12-month voluntary manufacturer’s warranty, which protects against any faults related to craftsmanship or materials. If a manufacturing fault is identified within this period, we will repair your piece at no cost.

All Black Finch pieces are handcrafted using precious metals and natural gemstones, both of which require care to maintain their beauty and integrity. Your piece falls outside of a manufacturer’s coverage if it is noticeably bent, shows signs of improper care, or has been damaged through wear or impact. 

Chains and finer components: These are delicate by nature. We cover breakage under warranty for the first 6 months from purchase. After this time, chain repairs are considered wear and tear and may incur a service fee. 

Any work or alterations carried out by another jeweller will void this warranty. We do not take any responsibility for repairs or resizes undertaken by other jewellers. For international clients, it may be more convenient to find a trusted local jeweller to complete minor adjustments or repairs.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. It is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
