If your Black Finch piece ever needs repair, please submit a request via our bookings page. 

We will ask you for:

• An order reference
• A description of the issue
• Whether you would like to ship your piece to us, or schedule a time to drop off at our Collingwood flagship.

Once we receive your piece, our team will conduct an assessment and provide you with a more accurate timeframe along with a quote.

Most services are completed within 2 weeks. We strive to accommodate all reasonable requests but timelines are dependent on the complexity of the service required. 

Note: We only repair Black Finch Jewellery. We do not work on pieces made by other jewellers, as we cannot guarantee the original workmanship or materials.
