Timeline: Typically 8–12 weeks

1. Book Your Consultation
Complete our online booking form to share your inspiration, preferences, timelines, and budget. This helps us prepare your consultation experience with a selection of suitable gemstones.

2. Your Design Appointment
Join us in-store or virtually via Google Meet for a 45-minute guided consultation with one of our experienced jewellery designers. Explore our archive, try on current pieces, and view our large curation of rare gemstones.

3. Design Development
After your consultation, our team will curate 1–3 stone collections and sketches tailored to your brief. We will source additional stones if required and collaborate with our production team to provide you with a detailed quote. 

4. Confirm & Commence
Once your design is approved, we require full payment or a 50% deposit to begin production. Your piece will then move into our workshop with a timeline of 8 to 12 weeks for production.

5. Collection Day
Your dream jewel is ready. Collect in-store or have us ship your sparkling new heirloom with secure insured shipping. All Black Finch pieces over $5,500 include a valuation certificate from an independent third party.
