Once your design and quote have been finalised, we prefer full payment upfront to commence production.

If full payment isn’t possible, we require a minimum 50% deposit to begin crafting your piece. The remaining balance is due within one month of receiving your pickup notification email.

• Pricing may change after this window due to fluctuations in gold and gemstone markets
